1) Save the above file to your desktop, then close Internet Explorer.

2) On the desktop should be a file called "cuteprinter.exe", double-click it and click "Run", or "Open".

3) Follow the instructions to install the program and click "Yes" to install the converter when prompted.

To use the program:

1) Before you print, go under File and click "Print Setup". 

2) Change the printer to "CutePDF Writer", and click "OK".

3) Print as you normally would.  You will be prompted to name and save the file.

4) Once the file is created, you can go into your email and attach the file.
